Hi, my name’s Fahad.

When I was 9, I wanted to build an asteroid mining company.*

I’m not a billionaire (yet) so that didn’t happen. Instead, I became obsessed with building things on the internet.**

Now I’m 19, trying to build something meaningful from my bedroom.***

* earliest memory of ideating about a startup idea and researching about it thoroughly. the pattern hasn’t stopped since.

** started with building websites for my own ideas, then freelancing, then building a design studio. somewhere in there i made my first real money online and realized one person with a laptop can build generational wealth.

*** currently exploring a lot of things while building startups, working at a startup, building a design studio and much more.

hey, i’m fahad!

currently: working at uncensored ai across product, growth, design, and operations while building and researching independently on the side. building startups myself while learning from one of the best startup teams in the world.

previously: built heuristics ai, a simulation system for testing decision and scenarios on ai agents modeled on human behavior. before that, started semiotic studio after originally building websites for my own startup ideas.

spent most of my teenage years extremely online, obsessing over startups, technology, internet culture, product design, ambitious people, and strange corners of the internet. i write and research mostly around ai, systems, infrastructure shifts, interfaces, stablecoins, internet products, and software behavior.

motivated by the idea that one person with a laptop can meaningfully shape the future through technology and internet.

in my free time i love reading, writing, late-night internet rabbit holes, and collecting startup ideas i’ll probably never build.

if you’re building something interesting or just want to talk, email me. i respond to almost everything.

Uncensored AI

Product / Growth / Design / Operations

the closest i’ve been to the inside of a real internet company operating at scale.

working across product, growth, design, operations, and whatever else needs to get done.

learnt a lot of things about execution, operations and how to build a real company. talking to the founder everyday and having the time of my life.

Heuristics AI

Founder / Builder

the first project i built that felt genuinely ambitious.

heuristics ai was a simulation system for testing decision and scenarios on ai agents modeled on human behavior. the idea was to explore whether synthetic environments could eventually become useful for testing decisions, incentives, and behavioral outcomes before they happen in the real world.

the project got selected into the delta residency program and was later featured by a startup media channel with over a million subscribers.

more importantly, it changed the way i thought about what was actually possible to build.

Semiotic Studio

Founder

semiotic studio originally started because i wanted a faster way to prototype my own startup ideas.

that eventually turned into freelance work and later into a small design studio focused on startups and internet-native companies.

it was also my first real experience making money online and realizing that the internet allows individuals to create leverage from almost nothing.

a lot of my thinking around product, interfaces, and design started here.

Law School

Student

currently studying law alongside everything else.

it unexpectedly gave me a lot more rigor, discipline, and structure than i thought it would.

Side Quests

Tomfoolery

most of this era has been spent somewhere on the internet.

reading startup stories. watching founder interviews. going deep into random niches. obsessing over products, technology, interfaces, internet culture, and ambitious people building strange things online.

a lot of the projects changed over time.
the instinct never did.

lately i’ve been exploring ideas around generative ui systems, ai agent marketplaces, autonomous commerce, simulation environments, and stablecoin-based financial infrastructure.

some of them may eventually become companies.
some are probably better left as research papers and unfinished notes sitting in folders somewhere.

still figuring out which is which.
